‘The Green Stone Bead’ features spellbinding cross-cultural storytelling, singing, dancing and drumming. It is a story about an encounter between the living and the immortals. Olokun, The Sea Goddess has had The Green Stone Bead for 1014 years. The living want it to protect humanity. Chiuta, the skygod sends Ananse the trickster and crafty Monkey to retrieve the Bead from the bottom of the sea. Will the world’s Sea Goddesses and Thunder gods release the Bead?
